Brief history
Palabasalibro from the words “Palabasa” (a person who loves to read) and “libro” (books), means a person who loves to read books, a bookworm, a book lover.
Palabasalibro started out as a review blog about books. Then realizing the lack of bookstores in the city, and the difficulty of acquiring specific book titles, palabasalibro tested out the market by opening a temporary bazaar and selling preloved and a few brand new books. The bazaar was a success.
A few bazaars later, and accumulating enough capital, Palabasalibro finally opens its store in Iloilo City on June 24 2020.
