How do I browse for books?
If you know the title, author, or ISBN of the book you are looking for, you may enter it on the search bar on the website.
You can also browse per category or genre of the books you are looking for.
How to order?
- Click “Add to Cart” button. All the items will be saved in your cart where you can review it before check out.
- Upon Check out, you have to fill in the necessary information. Please make sure you review them before you place orders.
- Please make sure your email is correct, cause you will receive the confirmation and payment details via email.
- Make payment (down payment 75% if pre-orders)
- Send proof of payment through email or facebook page with your order number
- Wait for payment verification.
- Once we have confirmed payment, we will ship out your orders if they are already on hand/ in stock
- Tracking numbers will be emailed/send via facebook message
Can i order preorder items and in stock items together?
You can. But they will be shipped separately.

Shipping options:
Due to the pandemic, COVID-19, we have limited options for shipping only.
- LBC COD (Cash on Delivery) – Payment for items must still be made ahead. Shipping fee will be paid to rider upon delivery. This mode of shipping starts at Php 165. Rates may vary depending on weight and size of package and your location.
- Example your total items ordered is Php 500. Shipping fee is not yet included. You have to pay the corresponding fee to the LBC rider upon delivery.
- LBC COP (Cash on Pick up) – Payment for items must still be made ahead. Shipping fee will be paid to LBC BRANCH of your choice upon delivery. This mode of shipping starts at Php 95. Rates may vary depending on weight and size of package and the location of your branch.
- Example your total items ordered is Php 500. Shipping fee is not yet included. You have to pay the corresponding fee to the LBC branch upon delivery.
- 2go shipping – Starts at Php 165 applicable only for books that can fit into 2go’s large pouch 14 x 8.5 in. This is for serviceable 2go areas only, mostly main capitals around the Philippines. You have to add shipping fee to your total order upon payment.
- Example: Your total item ordered = Php 500. 2go shipping fee Php 165. You have to send payment Php 665 through your preferred payment option. No fees will be paid to the rider upon delivery as shipping fee is aleady paid ahead.
- ** for those who choose 2go shipping, please take note of delays that may happen (minimum of 2 weeks) in some areas due to difference in quarantine guidelines per province/city.**
- J&T express via shopee. We can accommodate shopee check out. Please PM our facebook page to get your shopee link.
Returns and Exchange:
Items can only be returned or exchanged:
- if the item received was proven to be damaged or has any publishing defect. (missing pages, wrong binding of pages and etc) before ship out.
- Exchanging an item due to a change of mind will not be allowed.
- We make sure that items are well packed upon ship out. So dents and other damages afterwards may have occured during shipping
- You can return the item and we can offer a refund
- A replacement can only occur when we still have stocks of the same item/s
- Shipping cost of return of items will be shouldered by buyer though, and we can shoulder item replacement shipping also.
- If wrong item was received, we will also offer a refund or replacement.
- Books must be in their original packaging and condition.
- we will not accept return/exchange of books if items have been opened from original packaging/its seal.
Customer must email us at info@palabasalibro.com within 2 days upon receipt of item if there are any problems regarding your order/s.
- Bargains, Sale items and Preloved items are excluded. The books on bargain and preloved section has been marked down according to their condition. So no return or refund can be given for them.
Order cancellations:
- Upon checkout, you will be given 7 days to make payment only. We will automatically cancel order if no payment has been received for in stock orders.
- If you paid your items, but item turns out to be out of stock, (this is because of numerous transactions occuring, an item may be out of stock by the time payment has been verified) Palabasalibro will reach out to you either through email/mobile to offer a refund.
